En dessous, la devise « Crescit Eundo » (il grandit en avançant) et l’année 1912, celle de l’entrée de l’État dans l’Union. Deux têtes d’aigles finement ciselées encadrent le sceau, pour twister votre look d’une allure fière et puissante.
