Shipping

Upon order confirmation, Cowboy Kurt commits to shipping all items ordered by the buyer as quickly as possible. All packages are sent via Swiss Post, or La Poste France for packages outside of Switzerland. Deliveries are made within the timeframes and schedules specified by the carrier. Customers wishing to have items delivered to multiple addresses must place a separate order for each desired delivery location.

Delivery in Switzerland:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package. The price will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping is free for orders over CHF 200 .

Delivery outside of Switzerland:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the destination country. The price will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is not offered for deliveries outside of Switzerland, even for orders over CHF 200.

Please note that sales outside of Switzerland are subject to potential taxes and customs duties levied by the country of delivery. These are your responsibility.

Pick up in store

When placing their order, the customer can also choose to pick it up, free of charge, at the store: Cowboy Kurt, Rue de Fribourg 8, 1201 Geneva. Cowboy Kurt will contact the customer to inform them when their order will be available.

If payment is made in store, the order will be held for 7 days from the date of validation.

Receiving goods

Upon receiving their package, the customer is responsible for verifying that the delivered items correspond to the items ordered and that they are suitable for their intended use. If no claim is made within 7 days of delivery (as evidenced by the carrier's delivery slip), the merchandise is considered accepted by the customer.

Return of goods

For all merchandise returns, a return request must be sent by email to info@cowboykurt.com and include: the order reference, the reason for the return, the customer's postal address, and telephone number. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. In the event of a technical defect in the product or an error by Cowboy Kurt in processing the order, the costs associated with the return and reshipment of the merchandise will be borne by Cowboy Kurt.

If the merchandise is unsuitable (models, sizes, colors, etc.) and the customer wishes to return it, the return shipping costs will be at their expense. Please note that the store only allows exchanges for the same items and of equivalent price. In the event of an exchange or refund accepted by Cowboy Kurt, the customer must return the new item(s) in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation to the following address:

Exclusions: All sale items cannot be returned.

Any return of goods from abroad, if accepted by Cowboy Kurt, must bear the following inscription, clearly affixed to the package: "Return of goods for exchange or refund." Otherwise, any import fees payable for acceptance of the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

The returned item will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
