No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. In the event of a technical defect in the product or an error by Cowboy Kurt in processing the order, Cowboy Kurt will cover the costs associated with the return and reshipment of the merchandise. The returned item will be refunded to the customer within 7 business days.

If the merchandise is unsuitable (models, sizes, colors, etc.) and the customer wishes to return it, the return shipping costs will be at their expense. Please note that the store only allows exchanges for the same items and of equivalent price.
